This year’s youth convention was a huge success thanks to the many advisors, parents, volunteers and teens that participated in customized conservation activities. The 2026 Youth Convention had four primary goals:

— Develop youth leadership in conservation and environmental ethics —
— Provide immersive, hands-on experience in Leave No Trace, water science, and restoration —
— Integrate youth voices and action within the National Convention framework —
— Create a replicable model for local and chapter-based youth engagement —
